Billing questions
What happens when my free trial ends?
Your 14-day trial includes full access to every scan engine and audit. When it ends you pick a plan to keep scanning — nothing is charged automatically, and your brands, scan history and reports stay in the account either way.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime from your account settings or the pricing page — no retention flow, no email-to-cancel. You keep access until the end of the current paid period; cancelling stops the next renewal.
What happens if I upgrade or downgrade and my plan limits change?
Plan limits (brands, scans, engines) apply immediately on a change. Upgrading unlocks the new limits right away; downgrading keeps every brand and report you've already created — anything over the new limit just can't consume more until you're back under it.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — if Citepath isn't working out, email us within 14 days of a charge and we refund it, no forms. Annual or multi-month prepayments are refunded pro-rata for the unused months. Read the full refund policy
